We are against overcrowding
Unless you visit a commercial fitness club in the wee hours, chances are that there is a substantial number of members using the gym any time. Sometimes it is so packed that people literally queue up to use the treadmills or other equipments. Come on, nobody should pay to wait. Longer waiting time means longer rest time between exercises, compromising on the intensity of your workout. Now you know why you don’t get results. Nobody should be denied the right to workout at their preferred intensity.At Unleash Fitness, we restrict the number of members and perform proper planning and allocation of personal training slots to help control the number of people in our gym at any one time. Our Personal Trainers are fitness professionals
As you might know, personal training certifications are not pre-requisites in personal training jobs in some major fitness clubs. Instead, they look for people with exceptional salesmanship and outstanding interpersonal skills. After some in-house courses, voila, a new personal trainer is born.At Unleash Fitness, all our Personal Trainers are truly top-notch fitness professionals and strength and conditioning coaches. Functional Training Facilities
Have you ever tried Olympic Weightlifting? Chances are that you probably haven’t even seen one before. Olympic Weightlifting is the ultimate strength and conditioning exercise that provides tremendous benefits to most athletes. Yet, you don’t get to see Olympic Weightlifting Platforms very often in Singapore. At Unleash Fitness, not only do we have the platform, we also have qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coaches to guide you on the proper lifting techniques to maximize results and minimize injury risks.For the stronger gym users, our dumbbells go up to 50kg a side. That’s a whooping 100kg, or 220lbs a pair. We also have all kinds of lifting bars such as a trap-bar, ez-bars, cambered bars, women bars, short bars, spring bars and not to mention, standard Olympic lift bars.

Sometimes it’s lonely to be on a fat loss journey on your own. Sometimes, reaching your fitness goals means drawing positive energy from the people around you.
