Membership ID Cards
Unleash Fitness Pte. Ltd. (Unleash Fitness) will issue a membership ID card to you for identification purposes within 30 days of registration. Membership is non-transferable and thus, you may not let anyone else use your membership card to gain access to the gym. Use of your card by anyone else will cause it to be confiscated, and a fee of $100 will be charged to redeem it. The ID card is Unleash Fitness’s property and you must return it immediately if your membership is terminated or cancelled. A $30 fee is applicable for replacement of lost cards.
Check In
You must check in at the front desk. If you have not yet received your permanent membership card, you must show your original photo ID, which includes your NRIC, driver's license, Student ID or passport.
